FILAIR S-FLUX-CW ceramic ultrafiltration membrane has the characteristics of permanent hydrophilic, anti-pollution and low energy consumption. The membrane ensures the removal of particles that exceed the membrane aperture in the raw water, such as colloids, bacteria, cryptospore, etc., so as to ensure that the discharge water through the S-FLUX-CW membrane does not contain any suspended matter, and the effluent quality is high, which can be used directly or as the inlet water for deep treatment such as reverse osmosis.
The membrane element adopts internal pressure filtration, and the pollutants in the water supply such as suspended matter enter the inner cavity of the filter membrane, indicating that the pollutants trapped by the membrane remain in a very clear defined space and are easily removed by backwashing or chemically enhanced backwashing.

The filter material of the filter element is fused polypropylene spinneret fiber bonded to form a firm fixed pore structure. The fiber connection points are firmly bonded, and after intercepting the particles, the filter material has no impurities under a certain pressure difference, no filter material falls off, and the filtration efficiency is stable and uniform.
Polypropylene folding filter material, filter area is larger.
Polypropylene filters have wide chemical compatibility and can filter most fluids. The mature folding structure, supplemented by double polypropylene folding support layer and soft cover, ensures that the filter element is balanced in the process of fluid filtration under a certain pressure, and avoids short circuit and filter blind area caused by bias flow.
Reliable sealing structure
The filter element is welded with the end cover to prevent leakage. The filter element is equipped with a type 0 sealing ring and positive sealing of the tube plate for good sealing performance.

FILAIR S-FLUX-SX external pressure ultrafiltration membrane: Hollow fiber membrane is developed using FILAIR's proprietary Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS) technology. The TIPS method mixed the polymer and diluent, formed a homogeneous solution at high temperature, cast it into a certain shape and quickly cooled, the high-temperature solution phase separation and solidification, and finally extracted the diluent to obtain 0.03um microporous film. TIPS method is suitable for the preparation of semi-crystalline polymer films, such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polypropylene (PP), etc. PVDF films prepared by TIPS method have high mechanical strength and excellent acid-alkali resistance.
