FILAIR S-FLUX-SX external pressure ultrafiltration membrane: Hollow fiber membrane is developed using FILAIR proprietary Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS) technology. The TIPS method mixed the polymer and diluent, formed a homogeneous solution at high temperature, cast it into a certain shape and quickly cooled, the high-temperature solution phase separation and solidification, and finally extracted the diluent to obtain 0.03um microporous film. TIPS method is suitable for the preparation of semi-crystalline polymer films, such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polypropylene (PP), etc. PVDF films prepared by TIPS method have high mechanical strength and excellent acid-alkali resistance.
